Talk to the NBD Processing, LLC plant office
Send a batch request, ask about a run log or arrange a pickup window sitting. The office is staffed during working hours and replies to email within one working day.
What helps the plant office answer quickly
A good first message saves a week. If you are requesting a batch, tell us what system or integration is involved, which acceptance checks matter to you, and the window in which you hope to collect the finished record. If you are asking about a batch already on the floor, quote the intake number that appears on the sheet, because that number lets the desk pull the correct run log without a search. If you are following up on a pickup window sitting, name the sitting date and the handover note number.
The plant office is a working office rather than a call centre. Calls reach a technician who knows the board, and email reaches the same pair of desks that open every intake sheet during the day. For a subject line, a short phrase such as intake request, run log copy or pickup sitting is enough. If a matter is urgent, call +19517778865 and leave the intake number if you have one, so the desk can find the batch before calling back.
We also welcome visits from prospective clients who want to see the batch grind line before committing to a route. Please write ahead so the office can book a short walk of the floor and put a sample record in your hands. Seeing an intake sheet, a run log and a full set of quality notes side by side explains the service better than any description can.

Three things clients ask most
Most batches can open an intake sheet within two working days of a confirmed request. The plant office will give you a bench route and an estimated pickup date at intake, and it will call you if that estimate moves.
Yes. The run log is kept with the intake sheet at the plant office. You can request a copy at any stage, and the blend review rounds will always reference the version that was current when the batch closed.
Yes. Work is coordinated by email and phone, and records travel by courier or secure transfer. The pickup window sitting can be attended in person or handled by an appointed carrier who signs the handover note.
